Return & Refund Policy

At HouseOfSudha, we value your trust and satisfaction. Due to the consumable nature of honey and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under certain conditions as described below.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

You may request a return, replacement, or refund only if:

  • The product received is wrong (different from what was ordered).
  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery.
  • The product shows signs of quality concerns (e.g., unusual taste or spoilage) verified by our quality team.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Any request beyond this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.
  • Products returned without the original packaging or invoice.
  • Orders where the product has been damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
3. Process for Replacement/Refund

To initiate a replacement or refund request, please:

  • Contact our support team via Contact Page or email at support@houseofsudha.com.
  • Provide your order ID, delivery date, and details of the issue.
  • Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the outer box, inner packaging, and the product to help us verify the issue.

Once verified, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement shipment (where applicable), or
  • Process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method as per standard timelines.

5. Shipping Costs

In most cases, return shipping costs (if any) will be borne by HouseOfSudha for verified quality or fulfillment issues. For all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
